Are you looking to get more people involved, form leaders in parish ministry and get people to commit to the growth of your Family of Parishes?

Discerning charisms communally enables a parish to thrive on the gifts of its people. Far from being "just another program," this is a whole new way to look at our parishes. Called and Gifted is a charism discernment process, developed by the St. Catherine of Siena Institute. It would be a fruitful addition to your pastoral plan, and we believe it's best experienced. 

There are Three Parts of Called & Gifted:

Part 1: Workshops
Part 2: Individual Interview
Part 3: Discernment in Depth small groups

Pastoral Services is offering workshops for the Called and Gifted Discernment Process this fall and we would love for you to consider a small group of people who may be interested in experiencing it with us. These will be offered virtually.

Part 1: 5-week workshop
Fridays from 10:30-noon beginning October 27
Thursdays from 7:30-9:00pm beginning November 2

Part 2: Interviews will take place December 1-15.

$65 per person. (Includes Complete Resource Guide book.) 
Registration deadline: October 20

For part three, participants will have the option to form small groups in person with people from their own community or make arrangements with other participants to host their own online small groups. All materials will be provided for self-facilitated small groups.
