Confirmation Preparation - Youth Ministry Workshop

Facilitated by the department of Youth, Young Adult, and Family Ministry at the Diocese of London, Youth Ministry Workshops are initial formation opportunities for all who serve in- or desire to serve in ministry with young people. Workshops will engage participants in dialogue about relevant topics in youth ministry; promote practical skill development; and provide opportunity for networking with others in similar ministry. This is also an excellent way to sample the Diocese's Certificate in Youth Ministry, with the option (but without expectation) to enroll in the program. 

This particular Workshop aims to explore some practical strategies that apply to this and other parish ministries. It includes insight from Sacred Scripture, Sacred Tradition, and the Magisterium, as well as examines current trends relating to the age of Confirmation and the ordering of the sacraments of Christian initiation.
