Evangelization & Catechesis - Virtual Session

IGNITE Canada, a program of Redemptorist Youth and Vocation Ministry, will be offering a series of four Winter Virtual Seminars that will provide parish leaders and volunteers with a comprehensive understanding of ministry, along the tools for developing new initiatives for work with young people, and sound theological foundations for ministry in four key areas of the Church's mission: evangelization and catechesis; justice and service; prayer and worship; and pastoral care. 

This session, "Evangelization and Catechesis," offers an exploration of faith growth and Catholic identity in young people through evangelization and catechesis in light of the current 'postmodern' culture. Special attention will be given to the New Directory for Catechesis. This session will be facilitated by Dr. Anne Walsh, D. Min.
