World Day of the Poor: Nov 18, 2018

In June, the Holy Father released his Message for the 2018 World Day of the Poor on Sunday, Nov. 18. In anticipation of this Day, the Church in Canada acknowledges and appreciates the work being undertaken by the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in working with the poor and in making the World Day of the Poor an annual campaign.

This Sunday, Nov. 18, Society volunteers across Canada will ask their fellow parishioners and members of the community for donations of funds or non-perishable food items for those less fortunate.
