Missio, the "Newspaper of the Diocese of London," was a quarterly publication that saw 35,000 copies distributed throughout nine counties in southwestern Ontario: Elgin, Essex, Huron, Kent, Lambton, Middlesex, Norfolk, Oxford and Perth in our parishes and to through the school boards. Each issue initially had a specific theme allowing for longer articles and extended shelf life, but then switched to content emphsizing the good news from around the diocese. The publishing schedule was as follows: Spring: March; Summer: June; Fall: September; and Winter: December.
After production and distribution of Missio in a newspaper format was halted by the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been relaunched as a bi-monthly newsletter in December 2021 and primarily distributed electronically, with printed copies in select locations. The new Missio will be an 8.5 x 11 newsletter 8 to 16 pages in length.
