About Missio

Missio, the "Newspaper of the Diocese of London," was a quarterly publication that saw 35,000 copies distributed throughout nine counties in southwestern Ontario: Elgin, Essex, Huron, Kent, Lambton, Middlesex, Norfolk, Oxford and Perth in our parishes and to through the school boards.  Each issue initially had a specific theme allowing for longer articles and extended shelf life, but we switched to content emphasizing good news from around the diocese and other updates. The publishing schedule was as follows:  Spring: March; Summer: June; Fall: September; and Winter: December.

After production and distribution of Missio in a newspaper format was halted by the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been relaunched as a bi-monthly newsletter in December 2021 and primarily distributed electronically, with printed copies in select locations. The new Missio will be an 8.5 x 11 newsletter 8 to 16 pages in length.
