Sponsorship Requests for 2023

Please note that registration for refugee sponsorship is done online only.

HOW? WHY?

Over the past few registration rounds, we have received numerous complaints according to which people do not have enough time to submit their sponsorship request. 

In an effort to address this matter, the RCEC Diocese of London Sponsorship Agreement Holder (SAH) distributes now the available sponsorship spaces by lottery as follows:

Lottery Procedures

1. All people who qualify to co-sponsor with the RCEC Diocese of London SAH will be able to submit their sponsorship request online on Tuesday, 25 April 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:00AM.

On the day of the registration, you will find a link at the top of this page that will allow you to register. Everyone will receive an e-mail acknowledging reception of the request, should the form be correctly completed and sent. This e-mail does NOT mean that the RCEC Diocese London SAH is committed to sponsoring your relatives.

2. Once all sponsorship requests have been placed within that 1-hour period, the RCEC Diocese of London SAH will generate the lottery to fill the available sponsorship spaces. This lottery is necessary because we receive a limited number of sponsorship spaces from the Government; we cannot give what we don't have.

3. Once the available sponsorship spaces are filled, our office will communicate with the co-sponsors whose sponsorship requests have been successful through the lottery to begin the determination of the request.  Please note that being successful for this step is not a guarantee that your relative(s) is (are) eligible to the program.

4. Those who are NOT successful will receive an email with some suggestions. Please do not call or e-mail the office to follow up on your sponsorship request. Any person who has not been successful simply needs to monitor our website on this page and wait for the next registration round.

خلال تقديم الطلبات في السنوات السابقة، تلقينا العديد من الملاحظات التي تفيد بأن الأشخاص لا يملكون الوقت الكافي لتقديم طلب الكفالة.

في محاولة لمعالجة هذه المسألة، قرر المكتب تسجيل طلبات الكفالة المخصصة لعام 2023 عن طريق القرعة على النحو التالي:

إجراءات القرعة

1. سيتمكن جميع الأشخاص المؤهلين للكفالة من إكمال طلب الكفالة وإرساله في اليوم والوقت المحدد (الثلاثاء، 21 فبراير (شباط) 2023 من الساعة 9:00 صباحا الى الساعة 10:00 صباحا) في يوم التسجيل ستجد رابط في اعلى هذه الصفحة يسمح لك بالتسجيل. سيتلقى الجميع رسالة بريد إلكتروني للإقرار باستلام الطلب، في حالة استكمال النموذج وإرساله بشكل صحيح. لا يعني هذا البريد الإلكتروني أن المكتب ملتزم بكفالة أقاربك.
2. بمجرد تقديم جميع طلبات الكفالة في غضون ساعة واحدة، ستقوم أبرشية الروم الكاثوليك في لندن باجراء عملية القرعة لملء مساحات الكفالة الممنوحة لنا من قبل وزارة الهجرة.
3. بعد اجراء عملية القرعة، سيتواصل مكتبنا مع الكفلاء الذين تم اختيار طلباتهم بنجاح للبدء في اجراءات الطلب. يرجى ملاحظة ان النجاح في هذه الخطوة ليس ضمانا للقيام بالكفالة حيث يتم دراسة اهلية الشخص او العائلة كونهم لاجئين ام لا.

4.  سوف يتلقى الاشخاص غير المختارة طلباتهم رسالة بريد الكتروني. يرجى عدم الاتصال بالمكتب او ارسال بريد الكتروني لمتابعة الطلب. ولا توجد قائمة انتظار سيتم الاحتفاظ بها. أي شخص لم يتم اختياره بالقرعة يمكن ان ينتظر موعد التسجيل القادم على موقعنا.
